It is no secret that we love photographing weddings at The Addison in Boca Raton. This local South Florida wedding venue offers a unique charm, and we’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings and events here – from intimate affairs to 250+ guest celebrations. The Addison also offers some extra sentiment because it’s where two of our lead photographers, Mario and John, got married.
When you enter the courtyard of The Addison, you are greeted by two giant, 100-year-old banyan trees and beautiful historic Mediterranean architecture. The event space has enough outside area for a large and lavish wedding ceremony, and the banyans and fountain offer the most picturesque setting. There’s ample room for a cocktail hour, too, which many of our brides and grooms opt to host outdoors – though the many private rooms and ballrooms are also exquisite.
Muñoz Photography considers The Addison a home away from home. We document weddings at the historic event space regularly and have developed close relationships with the excellent staff that we’ve worked with over the years. All this to say – we think a lot of the venue and its top-notch team.
The private rooms and ballrooms at The Addison are spacious and gorgeous, all with a unique flair. Typically, our clients host their receptions in the main private dining room, which boasts a 1920s glam style and includes dance floor space.
Since we have photographed many weddings at The Addison, we know all the best spots in and around the property for the most epic shots. From the red stairwell to the fountain to the banyan trees, you can rest assured that the photo opportunities here will ensure incredible images. We also sometimes take our clients to the water for some shots, too.
We can’t say enough good things about The Addison; we know our many clients who’ve had the privilege of getting married here feel the same way. Simply put, it’s a special place.
